Kaffe Fassett's "World of Colour" Exhibition

We are safely home after a long 4 days of travel so I now have time and internet access to update the last week of our trip. From Portsmouth we went to Bath where we were lucky enough to see Kaffe Fassett's exhibition at the American Museum. Even Ray said "Wow" when we walked into the entrance. I'd been a fan of Kaffe's work from his early days and have some of his knitting books so it was a real treat to see a collection of his work including knitwear, needlework and quilts. It was a collective celebrating the 50 years of his work and to see them all in such glorious colour was wonderful and I was very grateful that we were in England during the exhibition as the photos don't do them justice but I hope you can enjoy them if you aren't able to visit the exhibition yourself.

More to come.
Hugs, Jan Mac
